This zero is a ledger state at opening, not a claim that VetMyCredit has never made an internal correction.
What every correction entry must show
- What the public surface said.
- What evidence changed or what error was found.
- The corrected text.
- Every affected route and method or claim version.
- Date, time, and timezone.
- The authorizing relay.
- Before and after hashes.
Append, never erase
A correction may update the affected page, but it does not delete the ledger entry. A stale statistic is labeled stale before reuse. A revoked or superseded receipt keeps its historical state visible.
