We show the work

Most credit-repair offers start with a promise: a better score, more deletions, or a more aggressive plan. Public plans from major providers are commonly sold by the month, often with a first-work fee. [S07] [S08] [S10]

VetMyCredit starts with your records.

We compare all three bureau reports against each other and against the documents you provide. A finding must show four things:

  1. What the bureau reported.
  2. What your evidence shows.
  3. Which rule may apply.
  4. The receipt for the finding.

If the evidence is uncertain, the finding says held. If the file is clean, the audit says so.

The problem is measured

The Federal Trade Commission studied 1,001 people and 2,968 credit reports in 2012. One in five participants identified an error on at least one report. Five percent had errors that could lead to less favorable loan terms. [S71]

Those are historical study results. They are not a claim that one in five reports is wrong today, and they do not predict what your audit will find.

In 2025, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau received about 5.8 million credit or consumer reporting complaints. That was 88 percent of all complaints it received. A complaint is not proof of an error, and one person can generate complaints about more than one company. [S73]

The audit is free

You see the complete audit before any paid choice.

No card. No trial. No hidden findings.

You can download the audit and leave. If you want a finished action package, you see the exact scope and total price first. We do not charge until that promised package is complete and delivered.

We do not promise a score

No company controls a bureau, a furnisher, or a scoring model. Federal law also says accurate, current, verifiable information cannot be removed just because it is negative. [S32]

We do not sell a point increase. We show supported reporting problems and the evidence behind them.

We do not manufacture disputes

A vague or repeated dispute can be rejected as frivolous or irrelevant when it lacks enough information or repeats an already investigated claim without new support. [S25] [S28]

Every VetMyCredit action starts with a named line and evidence. We never file a false identity-theft report. The FTC has taken action against operators that did. [S49]

We do not keep you paying while nothing finishes

Many public credit-repair plans bill monthly and tell the customer to cancel when ready. [S07] [S08] [S10] Our paid action packages have a declared finish line. You get the artifacts and their receipt. The optional stewardship service, if launched, will list exactly what was completed each month and will cancel in one step.

You can inspect our claims

We publish deployment receipts, methodology versions, claim evidence, and corrections. A number appears only when its receipt exists.

Today our honesty line is:

n=1 · Case Zero is the founder's own file · no external user has been audited yet · that honesty is the product

That line changes only when real users arrive and their completed audits are receipted.

The bigger goal is prevention

Today, a reporting problem is often found only after it reaches a person's credit file.

VetMyCredit is built to show the defect and its evidence. With separate permission, we may also count de-identified defect patterns. We never put your report or documents into an industry dataset. We never sell your data.

The long-term goal is simple:

Find the reporting defect before your customer has to dispute it.

We plan to take the same verification method upstream to the systems that report the data. That work will move only as fast as its receipts.

Our promise

VetMyCredit does not ask you to trust a promise about your credit. It shows you the source line, the evidence, the statute, and the receipt.
