We will not trade evidence for a promise.

  • Promise a score, deletion, approval, bureau outcome, loan term, or timeline. No company controls every bureau, furnisher, or scoring model.
  • Claim that accurate, current, verifiable information can be removed merely because it is negative.
  • Manufacture a dispute or file a false identity-theft report. Every action starts with a named line and supporting evidence.
  • Turn uncertainty into urgency. Missing or ambiguous evidence creates a held state, not a sales message.
  • Charge in advance or bill vague work in progress. A paid package can be billed only after every promised artifact is delivered.
  • Charge by deletion or invent dispute rounds. Our revenue does not depend on counting bureau outcomes we do not control.
  • Hide limits, blur findings, or hold the complete audit behind a paywall. Supported findings, held questions, and clean areas belong to the member.
  • Make cancellation a call or delete owned findings after cancellation or payment failure.
  • Sell reports, documents, contact data, or member records. We do not sell member data.
  • Use public-site analytics, tracking pixels, ads, cookies, email capture, or third-party loaded assets.
  • Diagnose a report-specific violation in a public comment or ask for private report details in social media.
  • Publish typical results, finding rates, conversion rates, or revenue claims before a real receipted cohort supports them.

What stays yours

The complete free audit stays available to the member. A clean audit remains a valid result. A failed post-delivery payment cannot hide the delivered package. Cancellation never converts owned findings into locked content.

The uncertainty rule

If the evidence cannot support the statement, the statement does not ship. If a required fact is missing, the result says held and names what is needed. If a public claim later becomes wrong, the correction appends to the public ledger.
